Pageants are an additional hobby that we do as a family. Please do not get offended if your call is not returned immediately. However, by computer communication, emails are addressed with the hour in most cases.

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION WITHIN 24 HOURS THAT I RECEIVED YOUR ENTRY. THEN ANOTHER REMINDER EMAIL OF DETAILS THE WEDNESDAY PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT. We only accept registration beginning one month prior to any event. Discounts are available if you register on or before 14 days prior to any event.

I understand there are no refunds associated with this pageant system. I understand that all decisions are based on the sole descretion of the judges and are all finals. If you have a problem with any aspect of the registration process, please see the director prior to competition. If you have a problem with any aspect of the competitions, please see the director prior to crowning. If you have a problem with any aspect of the crowning process, please see the director after the pageant. All scoring for our pageants are final and if scores are not given at your event, you will receive upon request by email the following week. . Checks will only be accepting two weeks prior to any pageant , no exceptions. All return checks for any reason will result in a $30 return check fee.Be sure to meet the required deadlines. The specials apply to those that regsiter early and on time, so that cannot be extended due to fairness, there would be no benefit to registering early or on time. The director of this pageant has the right to accept or refuse any contestant for any reason. Unsportsmanship like conduct will be tolerated for any reason. Contestants will be disqualified with no refund. Parents, contestants families and friends attending the event on behalf of any contestant hereby release and discharge permanently USA Princess and/or Pam fincher and anyone associated with this event from any obligations, claims, damages or responsibilities arising from any dangers or liabiilities to do theft, accident, injury that resulted from any portion of the USA Princess Pageant Program and all the stated above agree not to sue the organization or anyone affiliated with it's directors, staff from any claim of damages.
